1. Introduction and Definition of Copyright.

This copyright statement applies to all content, services and creations provided, created and managed by CNIP bv.

• Websites:
  CNIP bv retains ownership of the intellectual property rights to websites, codes, designs, and content created on behalf of clients unless otherwise agreed in writing. Licenses for use are granted under specific conditions, as set forth in the agreement.

• Google Ads campaigns:
  All ads set up by CNIP bv, including text, images, and targeting strategies, are copyrighted. Clients receive a right to use the campaigns for the duration of the cooperation.

  • If CNIP bv grants access to clients' advertising accounts, certain strategic elements remain the property of CNIP bv unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• SEO and Content Creation:
  Content, such as texts, blogs, and graphics created by CNIP bv remains the property of CNIP bv unless explicitly transferred to the client in writing.

4. Use of Material from Clients.

• CNIP bv processes material provided by clients under the assumption that the client holds all necessary rights.
• Clients indemnify CNIP bv from claims, liabilities or damages arising from the use of material supplied.
• CNIP bv is not responsible for copyright violations in client material.

5. Licenses and Rights of Use

• Websites:
  Clients obtain a license to use websites and designs created by CNIP bv. This license includes the right to use, as defined in the agreement, but exclusive property rights remain with CNIP bv unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Google Ads campaigns and strategies:
  Licenses for advertising campaigns define the duration and scope of use. After termination of cooperation, certain strategic elements, such as targeting or specific designs, cannot be used without explicit permission.

6. Infringement of Copyright and Contact with SABAM

• CNIP bv reserves the right to take legal action against infringements of its copyright.
